We protect your personal data

We process personal data in relation to our business that we carry on. It must be done. But naturally, we perceive the secrecy of your data and we fully respect your right to privacy. We protect your data and we hereby undertake not to pass them on to the third parties.

The company Lipno Lake s.r.o. took measures that follow the requirements of data protection regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

Within the analysis of all fields, which we process the personal data in, we have defined, for which purposes these data are processed and saved and we have compared the results with legal titles that determine our rights or duties to archive selected data. We have processed necessary inside documentation that includes exact rules of treating personal data and our employees follow it. The documentation determines the way how we treat, process and protect personal data of the data subjects (natural persons) and it adjusts responsibility of employees who handle the personal data. The documentation also defines the exact process and time limits for deleting personal data.

Cancellation of given consent to processing personal data

A natural person has the right to cancel a given consent to processing personal data.

Cancelling the consent - send an e-mail to gdpr@lipnolakeresort.cz and state a concrete consent cancellation.

Example: I cancel my given consent to processing my personal data for the purpose of sending me news and commercial notices (newsletter).

The right to be forgotten

A natural person has the right to be forgotten (deletion of all personal data from all databases).

You can ask for the deletion via sending an e-mail to gdpr@lipnolakeresort.cz

A data subject (a natural person) has the right to be forgotten at any time and all data that are not under any other legal duty are immediately deleted on this request.

Example: The legal duty is e.g. to keep the accounting records and to archive them for 10 years. Also the personnel data of our employees must be archived and cannot be deleted.
