These large apartments are situated on the second and third floor and their living area is 165 m2. They are so called maisonette apartments. The apartment has 5 double bedrooms and in the living room the folding sofabed (140x180 cm) for max. 2 persons.

This apartment has a very large living room and a 35 m2 terrace oriented to the south which you can enter from the living room through a French door.

An open space kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a boiling cattle and a Lavazza coffee machine - special capsules can only be purchased at reception.


In every floor there is one bathroom and a separate toilet. The entrance into the sauna is from the upper bathroom. Each apartment has a separate cellar on the ground floor.
